Charles “Casey” Larkin

Charles “Casey” Larkin brings a strong background in environmental policy and government to his candidacy for local office. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston University, where he developed a deep understanding of the relationships between government, society, and the environment. Professionally, Casey has served as Clerk of both the Commerce Committee and the Environment Committee for the Connecticut General Assembly, gaining first-hand experience in governmental processes, regulations, and procedures.

A proud member of the Middlebury Democratic Town Committee, Casey is eager to bring his expertise and energy to serving the community. His knowledge of environmental and economic policy, combined with his commitment to fairness and transparency, make him a strong advocate for protecting Middlebury’s small-town character while preparing for the challenges of the future.
