Josh Hubbard
Candidate for Police Commission
Josh Hubbard is an Army combat veteran and experienced project manager with a proven record of leadership in both military and civilian life. He currently manages major infrastructure initiatives as a Building Project Manager at Avangrid, leading multi-million-dollar capital projects across the utility sector. Previously, he oversaw a $50M+ capital improvement portfolio at Jones Lang LaSalle, implementing efficiency measures across more than 250 properties. His expertise spans project management, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement in highly regulated industries.
During his service as a Communications Team Leader in the U.S. Army, Josh led teams of up to 35 during deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, earning recognition for his leadership under pressure. Since moving to Middlebury in 2019, Josh has been an active community member and proud father of four daughters. With an MBA in Leadership, he is ready to bring integrity, accountability, and service-driven values to the Police Commission.
